This is relatively clear to us. When we created the first holiday apartments in 1996, we had an extremely positive experience. We set the price for the overnight by ourselves. The guests thanked us for allowing them to be here and have paid what we demanded. This experience was overwhelming for us and drove us in this direction, even though we didn't know that in agriculture yet. To understand the basic product and at the same time to experience the marketing to the consumer without intermediate trade and also to achieve the profit from it, was a crucial experience for us.
