New ways to sell too ripe fruit

Summary: 

Selling too ripe products is very difficult, because their shelf life and quality properties are not appropriate for a long time, otherwise in the most cases the appearance and the sensory properties of the too ripe products are not suitable for the consumers and they won”t buy them. The supermarkets pay for them low price to the producers, it is not worth to sell them on the low price. Making a processed product (e.g. juice) from too ripe raw materials, from too ripe fruits could be a possible way for the sale of the raw material, which couldn’t have been sold in other case on the normal selling price.
