Real technological innovations are difficult to implement in small structures. Moreover, workshop buildings, processing equipment are highly expensive for a downscaled activity achieved SFSC actors. The complete SFSC can therefore include a shared facility, allowing transformation or raw materials in the chain, as: Primary producer => shared processing plant => preserved, packaged food back to the producer or directly sold => direct sale to consumer.
