As a small player in a niche market, they do not have a lot of power in negotiations. So far our focus is mainly on volume growth, and less on maximizing the profit (last cents), because they primary want to gain our customer base.
Their product is more focused on high quality than on low price. They are small so can act more flexible (within limits). Social innovation: some kind of cooperation adapted by the actors
