Testing food safety with a patented optical chemical sensors system, determination of meat freshness. IOS (Institute for Environmental Protection and Sensors) has developed a new, innovative freshness detection technology (FreshSens) that may change the „existing wasting practices“. FreshSens is a patented optical chemical sensor
system, which is a novel approach to assure fresh as high quality of food. The technology is developed for end users (consumers, food service and food retail sector).
